If you have spent any time around me, you know I have lived in Tarrant County, Texas my entire life. ALL over the County, but always in Tarrant County. You also know that I have been married to Rozanne Fowler Gann since 1972 (and you are right, I don't look that old). She gets all the credit for putting up with me...... enough said. What you may not know is that we bought our 1st piece of real estate in 1973. Living in the house while rebuilding it (we did way too much to call it a remodel), both of our children were born and we started our 1st Business. We sold this house three times, taking it back twice. We received early lessons about the advantages of Investment Property. Time flies, and properties come and go. Having had ownership or ownership interest in many Companies and Industries, through it all Real Estate has been the basis of our lives. It is the lessons we have learned, the money we have made, and the mistakes we have endured, that give us the resources to help our friends, family, and future clients.
